IMPORTANT: This website calculates standard shipping to UK delivery addresses only (inc Northern Ireland and the Highlands). - Orders up to £19.99 = £3.00 to £3.40 (allow 2-3 days for delivery)
- £20.00 - £34.99 = £3.55 to £5.65 depending on weight (allow 2-3 days for delivery)
- £35.00+ = FREE UK delivery
- Royal Mail Recorded Delivery:
- Orders up to £49.99 = £4.60 to £6.60 depending on weight (allow 2-3 days for delivery)
- £50+ = FREE (2-3 days for delivery)
- Next Day Courier:
- ANY orders = from £8.70 (Next working day if ordered before 1pm* (*working
- days are Mon-Fri & do not include bank holidays. Shipments to UK Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland take 2 working days).
EUROPE
- Standard (untracked):
- Parcels up to 500g = £8.00 (allow 5-7 working days for delivery)
- Up to 750g = £9.05 (5-7 working days for delivery)
- Over 1kg =£10.20 (5-7 working days for delivery)
- Standard International Signed For (recommended):
- Parcels up to 500g = £11.50 (5-7 working days - this is a tracked service)
- Up to 750g = £12.50 (5-7 working days - this is a tracked service within UK)
- Up to 1kg = £13.20 (5-7 working days - this is a tracked service within UK)
REST OF WORLD
- Standard International (untracked):
- Parcels up to 500g = £14.50 (allow 7-10 working days for delivery)
- Up to 750g = £17.60 (allow 7-10 working days for delivery)
- Up to 1kg = £20.85 (allow 7-10 working days for delivery)
- Parcels 1kg+ = £28.55 (allow 7-10 working days for delivery)
- Premium International (recommended):
- Parcels up to 500g = £18.00 (5-7 working days - this is a tracked service)

- Parcels 1kg+ = £30.50 (5-7 working days - this is a tracked service)
Because our teas are blended and packed by hand please allow 3-4 working days after placing your order for it to be able to reach you. Most of our deliveries arrive within the usual delivery times but sometimes parcels get delayed and take longer than usual at certain times of the year. Personal blends will take longer (please email us for more information on this service).
